About the project

Anagram Homes was Aurum Land's first landed development. In May 2023 the developer won the collective sale of Kew Lodge, an 11-unit townhouse complex built in 1989, with a bid of S$66.8 million. It was the first collective sale after the April 2023 increase in Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty. The freehold site measures about 34,433 sq ft. (Our article on the purchase.)

The homes were designed around the Japanese idea of seijaku: monolithic forms with fin walls, a solid street front for privacy and glazed rear elevations facing the garden. Layouts were planned for multi-generational families, with double-volume living spaces, show and working kitchens with V-ZUG appliances, and smart-home controls on the SIMON app. Woh Hup, Aurum Land's parent company, was the builder.

Location

Kheam Hock Road is a quiet bungalow street in District 11, close to Orchard Road, Dempsey Hill, Holland Village and Cluny Court. Schools nearby include ACS and Singapore Chinese Girls' School, and Mount Elizabeth Hospital and Camden Medical are a short drive away. The PIE links the area to the rest of the island.
