What makes an Anagram home

Quiet architecture, built by a contractor

Both collections follow the Japanese idea of seijaku, serenity and stillness: solid street-facing walls for privacy, openings that pull greenery inside, and double-volume living rooms. Kitchens use V-ZUG appliances, and the homes run on a SIMON smart-home system.

The difference from most boutique landed projects is who builds them. Aurum Land is wholly owned by Woh Hup, a Singapore construction group with more than 97 years of history, so the developer and the builder are the same family of companies.
