The developer
Aurum Land, the developer behind Anagram Homes
Aurum Land is a boutique Singapore developer and a wholly owned subsidiary of Woh Hup, one of the country's long-established private construction groups. Anagram Homes is its landed-housing line.

A developer owned by a builder
Woh Hup has been building in Singapore for close to a century; it marked its 98th anniversary in 2025. Owning a developer means the group designs, sells and builds its own projects, which is the main reason buyers give for trusting the finish of a small, high-value landed home.
Aurum Land is led by chief executive Michelle Yong. Before moving into landed homes, it was known for boutique freehold condominiums, notably The Hyde on Balmoral Road in District 10 (117 homes) and Nyon in District 15 (92 homes), both completed in 2022.
Awards
At the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore), Aurum Land was named Best Boutique Developer in 2018 and won both Best Boutique Developer and Best Lifestyle Developer in 2020. The Hyde and Nyon also picked up project awards for boutique condominium design.
The Anagram Homes projects
- Kheam Hock Road, District 11: eight freehold landed homes on the former Kew Lodge site, bought in 2023 for S$66.8 million. Fully sold.
- Tan Boon Chong Avenue, District 10: two freehold detached bungalows designed by Park + Associates. In preview.
Having sold out the first collection, Aurum Land reused the Anagram Homes name for the second. We will add any later Anagram projects to this site as they are announced.
